Port Macquarie Refer a Friend program - Terms and Conditions

By participating in the “Refer a Friend” promotion, participants agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. The promotion is open to all residents of a Hometown Australia community at the time of the referral and commences on 1st September 2026 and ends on 31st December 2026 (Promotion Period). Hometown Australia reserves the right, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion at any time without notice.

To be eligible for the “Refer a Friend” promotion:

1. The referred home must be available for sale and settled through Hometown Australia 

2. The referrer must provide the sales/community manager with a completed Hometown Australia referrer information card.

3. The referred person (referee) must not currently be listed in Hometown Australia’s customer enquiry database.

4. The referee must not have been referred previously by another referrer.

Under this Promotion, if the referee successfully purchases and settles on a pre-loved or new inventory home by 31st December 2026, the referrer will receive a:

• $1,500 EFTPOS gift card for each New Inventory Home settlement at Glenfern
• $500 EFTPOS gift card for each Brokerage settlement.

The applicable EFTPOS Gift Card will be issued and posted to the Referrer within 14 days of settlement.

Hometown Australia assumes no responsibility for lost, misplaced, destroyed, stolen or unactivated rewards once they are received.
