Port Macquarie Refer a Friend program – Terms and conditions

 

This page contains the Terms and Conditions for the ‘Port Macquarie Refer a Friend’ promotion. If an individual participates in this promotion, they agree to comply with these terms and conditions. The promotion commences on 1st June 2024 and ends on 31st September 2024 (Promotion Period). Hometown Australia reserves the right, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion at any time without notice.

To be eligible for this promotion, the individual must currently not be on the Hometown customer enquiry database and must not have previously been referred by another referrer.

Under this Promotion, if a Prospective customer nominated by a referrer purchase a pre-loved or new inventory home and successfully settles by 31st September 2024, the referrer will receive a:

• $1,500 EPFTOS gift card per New Inventory Home settlement at Glenfern or Newport.
• $500 EPFTOS gift card per Brokerage settlement.
• The Reward will be given personally by the sales agent or community manager within 14 days of the settlement.

Hometown Australia assumes no responsibility for lost, misplaced, destroyed, or stolen rewards once they are received.
