Refer a Friend program – Terms and conditions

By participating in the “Refer a Friend” promotion, participants agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. The promotion is open to all residents of a Hometown Australia community at the time of the referral and commences on 1st January 2024 and ends on 31st December 2024 (Promotion Period). Hometown Australia reserves the right, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion at any time without notice.

To be eligible for the “Refer a Friend” promotion:

1. The referred home must be available for sale through Hometown Australia.
2. The referred person (referee) must not currently be listed in Hometown Australia’s customer enquiry database.
3. The referee must not have been referred previously by another referrer.

Under this Promotion, if the referee successfully purchases and settles on a pre-loved or new inventory home by 31st December 2024, the referrer will receive a:

• $500 EPFTOS gift card for each successful settlement of a Brokerage or New Inventory Home.

The gift card will be given personally by the sales agent or community manager within 14 days of the settlement.

Hometown Australia assumes no responsibility for lost, misplaced, destroyed, or stolen rewards once they are received.
