New Resort Style Amenities Approved for Seachange

An indoor heated pool, sun deck, bowling green, and café style terrace – these are just some of the new amenities recently approved as part the development of the Seachange Community located on the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia. “Hometown Australia is looking forward to being able to provide further resort-style amenities to residents as we endeavour to elevate the over 50s lifestyle experience. Our vision from the start was to create something truly unique to this region,” said Joseph Waugh, Head of Planning at Hometown Australia.

The new clubhouse will be home to a state-of-the-art gymnasium with an indoor solar heated pool with ramp accessibility, premium exercise equipment, and change rooms for convenience. After hitting the gym, residents will be able to enjoy a coffee on the outdoor terrace whilst overlooking the landscaped gardens. Residents will be able to join their neighbours for a game of lawn bowls in the new indoor/outdoor setting or grab a racket for a friendly hit on the pickleball court. If spectating is more your style, residents can enjoy a sundowner drink at the bar which will overlook the lawn bowls green.

The clubhouse will also include a café style alfresco terrace with premium BBQ facilities for all residents of the community to enjoy. “The development’s focus is to provide residents with new amenities to enhance the social and lifestyle benefits.
