Hometown Australia Shines at Industry Awards Night 2025
The annual Awards of Excellence was a night to remember! Industry leaders came together to celebrate the commitment, innovation and best practice of professionals within the industry in New South Wales, in a stunning evening at the W Hotel in Sydney.
Hosted by the NSW Caravan, Camping & Industry Association (CCIA), the Awards of Excellence shines a spotlight on the standout achievements by professionals within the industry. For a fourth year, Hometown Australia received nominations across three prestigious award categories which resulted in an incredible evening.
“These awards recognise the people and businesses who not only deliver exceptional experiences for their customers, but who lift our industry through innovation, leadership and collaboration. While tonight’s winners are rightly celebrated for their achievements, they represent a field of outstanding finalists and entrants whose work continues to raise the bar,” said Wayne Lange, CEO of the NSW Caravan, Camping & Industry Association.

⭐WINNER: Outstanding Contribution by a Young Achiever, Land Lease Community Award: Congratulations to Mandy Ma, Associate Director.
⭐WINNER: Employee of the Year, Land Lease Community Award: Congratulations to Melissa Booker, Area Manager, NSW.
⭐FINALIST: Employee of the Year, Land Lease Community Award: Congratulations to Adam George, Community Manager from Valhalla for being named as a finalist.
⭐WINNER: Team of the Year, Land Lease Community Award: Congratulations to Cathy Snook, Kristie Neilson, Deania Petty and Tom Petty from Glenfern.
