Clubhouse Underway at Jacaranda Grove
The Jacaranda Grove clubhouse is well underway with framing almost complete. “Residents are looking forward to the clubhouse opening later in the year, as it will be a fantastic place to come together to enjoy social activities and events. It will be the first of its kind here within the community!” said Michael Howe, Community Manager at Jacaranda Grove.

Residents can enjoy their morning coffee in one of the alfresco areas with views of the pool, relax in one of the lounge areas with a book from the library, or meet up with neighbors for a sundowner drink at the bar.
“We are looking forward to welcoming residents into the clubhouse later this year once completed to make new memories and create wonderful experiences here at Jacaranda Grove,” concluded Michael.
Residents will be able to enjoy the state-of-the-art amenities including a beautiful modern outdoor pool complete with solar heating and alfresco area with poolside views – the perfect place for residents to enjoy their morning coffee. The clubhouse will have numerous spaces for resident to gather and enjoy with an additional alfresco area, resident use kitchen and bar, games room, and library.

The country-style clubhouse has been designed with a warm ambience featuring floor to ceiling windows, wooden floors, and quality finishings.
