2023 has marked a significant milestone for the Seachange community as they celebrated its 20th birthday!

Over 170 people participated in the festivities for the much anticipated Seachange 20th birthday party. They were joined by special guest Jim Orken, the founder of Seachange, who joined the community for the celebrations.

The function commenced with a heartfelt speech from Community Manager Kerry, who extended a warm welcome to all attendees and expressed her pride in Seachange and excitement for the community’s future.

The highlight of the event was the Seachange Quiz, which was a fun opportunity for residents to test their knowledge of the village. Community Manager Kerry and Josie, a resident of Seachange for 20 years, came together to cut the large birthday cake.

To maintain the festive spirit, the South Australian Police Band played toe-tapping music.

It was a fabulous atmosphere in the community centre as everyone enjoyed catching up over slices of cake and cups of tea.
