Residents Creative Flare: Art Competition 2024

Hometown Australia are pleased to announce the winner of the Art Competition for 2024 and share many of the wonderful submissions by residents. This year we received submissions from paintings, sculptures to quilts, and photography – making it a very difficult decision to choose the National Winner. A big congratulations to all residents who took part in this years competition.

THE WINNER IS.... Jim from Laurieton!

Congratulations to Jim from Laurieton for winning the National Art Competition for 2024 with his submission of his sculpture titled Intarsia. This magnificent horse sculpture has been hand crafted using red cedar, bone pine and other natural timbers. Congratulations Jim!
