The Dunes Last Homes $5,000 VISA Gift Card Promotion – Terms and Conditions

 

• 1) These Terms and Conditions apply to The Dunes Last Homes $5,000 VISA Gift Card Promotion Offer. By participating, claimants agree to be bound by these conditions.
• 2) The Promoter is The Trustee for Quattro Parks Operations NSW Trust – ABN 77 664 893 623 (“Promoter”).
• 3) The Offer is valid on selected homes only at the residential land lease community known as The Dunes – Sussex Inlet located at 157 The Springs Rd, Sussex Inlet NSW 2540. This Offer applies only to eligible homes reserved by 31st of March 2021.
• 4) In order to be eligible for the $5,000.00 VISA GIFT CARD, claimants must satisfy the following criteria:
  – Your order must be placed for one of the selected homes remaining for sale at The Dunes before 31st March 2021 (the Purchaser must enquire  with the Promoter as to the eligibility of the home prior to placing your order)
  – A deposit receipt of all monies into the Promotor’s bank account before 31st March 2021.
• 5) The $5,000.00 EFTPOS GIFT CARD will be given personally by the sales agent or community manager within 20 days of the deposit date and upon evidence of the criteria at point 4. being met.
• 6) The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or substitute all or part of this offer with another offer of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s sole discretion. The Purchaser will not be entitled to any additional compensation if the offer or element of an offer has been substituted at an equal or greater value.
• 7) The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any persons that provides false information or who seeks to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate this Offer.
• 8) Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting all or any part of the $5,000.00 VISA GIFT CARD is the responsibility of the Purchaser or recipient of the $5,000.00 VISA GIFT CARD. Independent financial advice should be sought.
• 9) Nothing in these conditions restricts, excludes, or modifies any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
